Welcome to Venturely: Richelle’s Premier Guide Service. By accessing and using our services, including booking hunting and fishing trips, lodging, meals, travel arrangements, and guided outdoor adventures, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided
Venturely: Richelle’s Premier Guide Service serves as a guide and facilitator, connecting clients with certified and professional hunting guides, fishing guides, outfitters, charters, and more. We offer comprehensive trip planning, including but not limited to:

  • Booking of hunting and fishing trips with certified guides

  • Arrangement of lodging accommodations

  • Meal planning for trips

  • Travel arrangements, including transportation

These services are available for a variety of outdoor adventures, including hunting, fishing, company retreats, and other recreational activities in various locations.

Booking & Payments

  • Booking Process: To confirm a trip, clients must submit a booking request via our website, email, or phone. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The full payment is due prior to the start of the trip, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, bank transfer, or Venmo. Payment is required in full before the trip unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Clients: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:

    • Cancellations made 1 month prior to the trip date will receive a full refund minus a 3% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made within 15 days of the trip will not be refunded.

    • Cancellations by Venturely: Richelle’s Premier Guide Service: If we are unable to fulfill the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, guide availability, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.

Client Responsibilities

  • Health & Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring you are in good physical condition for the activities you will be participating in. Some activities may be physically demanding, and we recommend you consult with a healthcare professional before booking.

  • Behavior: You are expected to conduct yourself respectfully during your trip. Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of the trip, without refund.

  • Equipment: If we provide equipment or gear for your trip, you are responsible for its care and use. Any damage or loss due to negligence may incur additional charges.

Travel & Lodging

  • Travel Arrangements: We will arrange transportation as requested and agreed upon. However, you are responsible for arriving at the designated departure point on time.

  • Lodging & Meals: We will book lodging and meals for your trip based on the agreed itinerary. Special dietary needs or requests must be communicated to us in advance to ensure accommodations.

Liability & Insurance

  • Assumption of Risk: Outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, and travel, involve inherent risks. By participating in these activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to physical injury, wildlife encounters, and environmental hazards.

  • Liability Waiver: Venturely: Richelle’s Premier Guide Service and our guides will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trip, unless caused by gross negligence on our part. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own travel and accident insurance.

  • Insurance: It is highly recommended that clients have appropriate travel, medical, and accident insurance for the duration of the trip.

Guides and Certifications

All of our guides are certified and/or have relevant experience in their respective fields. However, clients should understand that outdoor conditions can change rapidly, and the availability of certain activities (e.g., hunting or fishing conditions) may vary.

Photographs & Media

Use of Photographs: By participating in our trips, you agree that any photos, videos, or other media taken during the trip may be used by Venturely: Richelle’s Premier Guide Service for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your image or likeness to be used, please notify us in writing prior to your trip.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your trip and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Venturely: Richelle’s Premier Guide Service reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canyon County, Idaho.
